We 3D print ultra-limited drops — just three pieces per design.

Not mass-produced. Not factory-made.

Some models may exist elsewhere —

but what we craft here carries our touch, our care, our story.

No restocks. No reruns.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

And yes… exclusive originals are coming.

1 🚚 Are the products ready to ship?

Yes! All products are printed, finished, and ready to go.

No waiting, no production delays — just fast dispatch from our lab in Dublin.

Once you order, your item ships within 3 business days.

2 📦 How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery times:

Ireland: 1–3 business daysEurope: 3–7 business daysRest of the world: 7–15 business days

We use An Post tracked delivery.

3📍 How can I track my order?

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard shipping: more affordable, but does not include a tracking number.Tracked shipping: a bit more, but you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

We use An Post for all deliveries.

If you chose tracked shipping and didn’t receive your code,

reach out to us at made3lab@mail.com — we’ll sort it out with care.

4 🌍 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Ireland, the UK, and across Europe.

If you're outside these regions and dreaming of a drop,

5 💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Fast, secure, and totally rupee-friendly. 🧭💰

Because saving Hyrule shouldn't mean struggling at checkout.

6 🛑 Can I cancel or change my order?

Our pieces are ready to ship and part of strict 3-unit limited drops.

That said, since they’re not made-to-order,

you can cancel your order before it ships — just email us as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you have 14 days after delivery

to return the item if you change your mind —

as long as it’s unused and in perfect condition.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

This policy follows EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights.

7 🔁 Can I return or exchange a product?

We craft only 3 units of each design — ultra-limited and ready to ship.

Because of their rarity, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

This is in line with EU consumer rights for small-batch, collectible items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos —

we’ll sort it out with care.

If you are eligible for a return,

return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

This policy follows EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights.

8 🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet — but we’re working on it.

For now, each order already comes in our signature packaging,

simple, safe, and designed to feel like a little surprise.

Custom gift wrap is on our radar. Stay tuned.

9 📦 What’s included in the box?

Each order includes your collectible piece, safely packed and ready to impress.

And yes — every order comes with a surprise gift, because geek joy is part of the mission.

10 🎖 Is there a certificate of authenticity?

Not yet — but we’re working on it.

For now, your item is one of only three ever made. That’s rare enough.

11 📜 Are these official licensed products?

We work with artists and creators who allow commercial use of their designs,

and we proudly support them through licensed platforms like Patreon and others.

Every piece in our store is made with respect for the original creators,

and we’re committed to doing things the right way — always.

Creative. Ethical. Proudly geek.

12 ♻️ Are the items eco-friendly?

Yes — and proudly so.

We use biodegradable PLA+ and sustainable packaging.

Every piece is pre-printed in a 3-unit run, avoiding waste and overproduction.

It’s geeky. It’s green. It’s the future we want to print. 🌱

13📦 Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

No, and that’s by design.

Every drop at Made 3 Lab is intentionally small, with just three pieces per model.

We believe in keeping it personal, meaningful, and collectible.

No bulk. No mass. Just Made 3.

14 🖤 Can I request a custom item?

Not at the moment.

Each piece is part of a limited drop — just 3 per model.

But if enough voices rise in the DMs...

we might just craft a Made 1.

Because rules are made to be… reprinted. 😉

15 📚 Can I learn more about each design or artist?

Yes! We always credit the original 3D artist in the product description.

When possible, we link to their page so you can support them directly.

Made 3 Lab is built on community, respect, and geeky admiration.

Tree-Nation is a global reforestation platform where individuals and companies plant trees to help restore forests and fight climate change.

Through our partnership, every collectible you buy at Made 3 Lab helps grow a real forest somewhere in the world.

❓ When is my tree planted?

Your tree will be planted 14 days after your order is delivered, once the return period has passed.

This ensures your tree is planted only if you decide to keep your collectible.

❓ What will I receive?

Once your tree is planted, you’ll get:

A digital tree certificate in your name

The species of your tree

The exact planting location on the map

Updates on how your tree and the forest are growing

Your fandom leaves roots that reach far beyond your shelf.

❓ Why wait 14 days?

Because our collectibles are limited and handmade, we honor EU return rights.

If you cancel or return your order, we hold planting until your piece is officially yours.

❓ How will I get my tree info?

You’ll receive an email from Tree-Nation with all your tree details and your certificate.
