We ship from Dublin to all of Ireland and the EU. All our pieces are in stock and ready to go, so we dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind?

No problem — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as required by EU law. To request a return, email us at made3lab@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason.

We'll guide you through the steps.

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you — fast and hassle-free.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deny returns that:

Show signs of use or damage or are returned without prior approval or arrive outside the 14-day return window or are poorly packaged and arrive damaged due to return shipping.

Please ensure all returns are safely packaged — we are not responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
